I wanted to start my life over after I became homeless in February. A dealership in Aberdeen sold me a car with a bad head gasket which friends and church members helped me with the cost and repair. There was so much wrong with it but I needed to be able to get places as I was alone in Aberdeen. Then again in November the head gasket went out again. I emailed every dealership in Aberdeen and surrounding areas, explaining my situation and desperate need to get to doctor appointments. I got a call a week later from Mike at Northland Auto and he asked how I was doing. I said well, I could be doing better and was pretty down. He is absolutely wonderful and said I have some good news!! We have a car for you!!! I couldn't believe it, with extremely low credit score and no cosigner, I just kept thanking him, crying telling him how important it is to me I make it to my appointments as I have depression. I made a down payment, insured the car and they delivered it to me that day!!! Mike did amazing job picking out a beautiful reliable car. Not only was it detailed, I got a warranty, free oil changes and they delivered it right to my apartment:) Thank you Mike and everyone at Northland Auto. I cannot thank you all enough for all you have done for me and I will never go anywhere else if and when I'm ready for another vehicle:)
Dude.. this place was super easy. It’s a hometown business, I Love being from a small town, and this is what it’s about!! Come talk to any of the folks here, especially the lady at the front desk!!! I had an awesome experience with Mike I didn’t have great credit but he got be approved and financed I recommend everyone coming to this place to get a vehicle so easy and very friendly staff
