2017 Buick Encore 1.4 Essence Auto

I bought a Q5 from this dealership and had a great experience working with Lucas. From the beginning, he sent a detailed video of the vehicle I found on their website. This helped out a lot considering our busy schedules and the distance to the dealership. The buying process was also positive, Lucas was friendly and personable. Additionally, the dealership has been recently renovated and feels more spacious. At the time they had an r8 and an rs6 in the showroom; not in the market for one yet, but definitely a sight to see.

I have looked at so many cars over the past few months. I really had my eye on the Q3 from Audi. I decided to take a trip over to San Diego Audi to test drive a couple different options. They just happen to have the perfect model color and options for me. The sales process was extremely fast and streamlined. I was able to submit an application for credit through my phone and when I came in to purchase a car the next day I was done within an hour and a half. I’m pretty sure that was the fastest I’ve ever purchased a car in my life. My sales person, Lucas was extremely knowledgeable, polite and helpful in the process. He knows Audi, the product very very well. I have to say the entire team was kind, the process was fast, and I received a very high-quality car! I love it! 12/10 recommend.

I got a loaner and that process was very smooth. I got a video of my vehicle's inspection via text. I was able to easily opt in or out of recommended service options easily, also through text.
