I have to take a minute to give a HUGE shout out cambridge used cars staff and mostly Bussy clewell! I recently traded my car in for my dream truck with that being said I was a nervous wreck. (Huge step for me) The process was absolutely effortless and extremely comfortable. The staff was present to all my needs and met all my expectations. Now an issue had surfaced with my trade in and the loan pay off not posting due to it taking days to process the payoff check, because of this the previous lenders assumed i still had the old car and took out the payment! Cambridge used cars stepped up and replaced my payment after tracking down exactly what happened. The staff made it right!!! I can honestly state that ALL the staff at cambridge used cars work for the people and strive for excellence in all matters of buying a car.
