First off I am typically anti-dealership. But I got a special offer and with some hesitation went. I found the staff so responsive and friendly. The app they use to update on the initial inspection gives you time to make a rational decision about needed repairs and even do a little research if needed. What I found was their price was in line for the one repair I knew I needed and I declined all the rest without any pressure from staff. I got a shuttle to and from saving a lot of time at work. It really was a great experience and I would go back. I figured out the catch. Now they won’t leave me alone.

Kristi Hicks was an awesome Nissan salesperson. Of the dozen Nissan dealerships we reached out to initiate our search for a new Murano, Kristi was the only one who immediately cut to the chase and responded with the best overall pricing, lowest loan rate, best terms, and gave us an honest/fair trade-in value for our old car (via pictures). This was all even before we went to visit the dealership which was nearly 100 miles away. The closing was quick and seamless.
