2017 Buick Encore 1.4 Essence Auto

Very positive experience! We bought a Hyundai Elantra from them for a very fair price. The vehicle has worked great with no issues. They were helpful and friendly. My only complaints (and they are minor complaints) is: 1. I forgot to check if it had a spare tire or not. I realized a few days after I bought it that it doesn't have a spare tire. I wish this information had been disclosed to me before I bought the car. 2. At the time of purchase, the vehicle was missing the antenna cover. They said they would mail it to us, but they forgot to mail it to us. I had to call and ask for it to be mailed. But it did arrive! Again, such a good experience. They provided carfax reports which gave me so much peace of mind. I would recommend buying a car from them.

Put me in a reliable vehicle, and they worked with me on the price. Very polite young men. The car had low, mileage and new battery and what look like new tires to me and it was very clean.????????
