I had a really good experience at Coyle Chevrolet. I went to check out a Camaro and Markis Townsend helped me through the whole process and made it completely easy for me, while he ran all over the place getting the deal completed. Markis was very friendly and easy to talk to as he worked to get the details of my purchase plan done for me. He took an interest in what I was looking for and made it happen. Next time I'm in the market for a vehicle I will call on him for sure. Lewis in financing was extremely nice and helpful too, and both of these guys talked to me about cars while we worked and waited for the process to get done. Thank you guys, I'm loving the car!
While at Coyle, every single service member I encountered/observed exhibited excellent customer service. As soon as I parked my car, Erin was there to greet me. She was kind and professional. While checking in, I witnessed Nathan taking his time to let the next customer in line know that someone would be assisting her shortly (as every service member was helping other customers); I found that to be very good of him to acknowledge her instead of ignoring her completely. Despite the busy service check-in area, I noticed that Tasha kept a smile on her face as she was working with a customer. Although it continued to be busy while I was waiting for a shuttle, Tyler took his time to greet me as he passed me on his way back to his desk. Devin also took his time to catch the shuttle driver, Pat, to let him know I was waiting for him. Pat was a good driver and very kind. And finally, when I returned to pay for the service, Hannah was kind and asked if I needed anything else before leaving. Great staff!! Please keep them around!! :)
