2014 Buick Encore Premium

My husband and I had a seamless experience purchasing our new family vehicle sight unseen over the phone and via docusign !! This is not our purchasing norm, but due to our busy schedules, John Grubaugh and Taylor Grubaugh Chevrolet made it happen!! I’m normally a very nervous and cautious “big purchaser “ and would have inspected every detail prior to any purchase , but bc Taylor, John, and their team were so great to work with us and our circumstances of being out of town when our perfect vehicle arrived at the dealership, it was flawless over the phone !! We never missed a beat of our busy day and they even went above and beyond to deliver our new vehicle at their remote business location in Ozark , Mo !!! “Btw , if you need an oil change in your local area” they said , you can bring it here to Grubaugh Bird , Ozark!! That’s where they met us to deliver !!!! What a great experience! Thank you John, Taylor , and your team !!
