My daughter and I were out car shopping on the 4th of July when we passed up Bert Ogden Kia on the highway. We decided to exit and come back to take a look at their inventory and see if my daughter would possibly be interested in one of their vehicles? As soon as we arrived your salesman Francisco approached us asking if there might be any way in which he could be of assistance? My daughter then explained to Francisco that she was looking for a affordable and economical vehicle to get around in. Francisco then showed us a few vehicles within her price range and with the options that she was looking for. After my Daughter found the vehicle she thought would suit her and her financial situation Francisco and the Bert Ogden team facilitated the whole purchasing and financing process. My daughter drove off in a brand new vehicle and both her and I were very pleased with the purchase and buying process at Bert Ogden. We had a wonderful experience. We actually dealt with Leo Sanchez who is a sales person from Bert Ogden Hyundai. We were looking at both. We found exactly what we were looking for in both a vehicle and a sales person. Leo along with Troy Sanchez went out of there way to listen to what we needed. They very patiently showed us, and test drove with us, every vehicle we were interested in. The after sale contact, features set up by Jose of the Kia dealership has been wonderful. All in all an excellent experience. Though Leo and Troy are at the Hyundai dealership they can show you other Bert Ogden products. They are both Veterans and very solid young men.
