2017 Buick Encore Preferred AWD

We had the smoothest car buying experience we’ve ever had with Eli yesterday. He texted/called us prior to our arrival letting us know he would have the car ready up front. While we looked at the car and test drove it, he was getting our car appraised for trade in (which I will add we believed we got a very very fair offer for our trade in). We had already gotten all our info submitted for our credit the night before so that made it a little bit easier too. He worked with us on any concerns we had which we loved. Between our arrival and leaving the lot was 2 1/2 hours and the bulk of that was our car going back to get washed and detailed after our purchase. 10/10 would recommend to someone looking for an easy car buying experience!

For many years I had been reluctant on going to a dealership to purchase a new car. It was mainly due to the negative stigma that is associated with purchasing a new car such as having to deal with dishonest salespeople, crazy prices, and loads of paperwork. That all went away when I went to purchase a car from South Pointe Honda, they made the experience extremely smooth and also thoroughly explained everything on the paperwork where it could be easily understood. I was in and out with a new car in a little over an hour. I would 10/10 recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.
