Very good experience with Lexus Service Department. As soon as I arrived I was greeted promptly and sent to Joseph Day, one of the many fine Service Advisors Lexus has. He went through all the maintenance items my car needed and directed me to the loaner department, where I picked up a vehicle to drive while they worked on mine. I picked up my car the next day when all my service items were addressed. I would gladly recommend Lexus as a fine choice if you’re looking for a luxury vehicle.
