I’m totally satisfied with my experience at this dealership. Becka reached out to me about my interest in financing an Envista, and was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and helped me book an appointment at the dealership for a test drive. She was a pleasure to work with. When I got to the dealership, Hugh helped me figure out which car was best for me- and set me up by taking all of my info and getting it over to the next department. He was kind, patient, supportive throughout the entire process, and also quite funny! Once I had decided on the perfect car, Jennifer made what I thought would be a stressful situation the smoothest of any transactions I’ve ever made (hey, I even want to do it again!) Apart from being friendly and knowledgeable, Jennifer has a way of making customers feel comfortable and well taken care of. She even helped me negotiate an amazing APR with the bank, and gave me some sound advice on how to work on my credit and refinance again when rates go down. The entire team took care of everything- all I had to do was drive my new baby home. When I picked up my new plates (I’m from the next state over), I was greeted by the friendly folks at the front desk- who promptly helped me install my plates and registration sticker. After experiencing other dealerships, I truly found that this was my best experience ever. I have happily recommended Buick-GMC of Mahwah to my friends and family, and for anyone considering stopping by, I say: go for it! You won’t regret it. (Yes, the photo is actually my car)
