During the test drive, a part from the shock coil broke off—Ryan didn’t hesitate. He replaced the shocks and brakes on all four wheels just to be safe. He diagnosed the issue (a gas cap seal problem), fixed it, and the light hasn’t returned. Ryan went above and beyond every step of the way.
