2019 Buick Encore

Purchased my certified used vehicle in July, dealt with Isaac, he did a great job, was clear with terms and the process was very smooth. Like all used vehicles there were a couple small issues, but Isaac helped me through them to get them fixed quickly and made the situation right every-time which is very appreciated. My experience was effortless and informative. The sales person that helped me, Isaac, was really friendly, easy to talk to, and answered all my questions I had about the vehicle. Also I financed my vehicle and Rich was the one who helped me and he’s just great. He was really funny but serious and straight to the point. The vehicle I purchased was exactly as expected and any issues it had they addressed and let me know right away. Overall very pleasant visit and I plan on sending my friends to Cornerstone!
