Manny did a great job with the sales transaction. I had to buy a truck sight unseen which is always hard and can be risky. But Manny was super responsive with photos and video and a good descriptions of the trucks condition that helped me understand what I was getting into. They offer financing and make great cash prices. These guys are here to help, I’d recommend them to others.

We bought car from them that had a salvaged title due to being stolen previously. We got a great deal on a low milage car. Mario was who helped us, he had us approved before making the trip there and was ready for us when we got to the dealership. The car had some issues starting, and we were told it was due to the key not being the fob key. We were given a fob that could be keyed and two regular keys. The car steadily got harder to start. Finally after being stuck at work multiple times thinking we may have to tow it my husband opened the ignition to see what was going on. There were broken pieces in it, along with a construction screw holding it together. I contacted Mario and he apologized, and said they had a person working there that they found out was not fixing cars properly. He paid kia for a new ignition and locks for the doors and trunk. We went and picked it up, and my husband put it all in. Now the car starts every time and I am extremely happy. The only issue left which I have not contacted them to see if they would help with is getting the new key fob to unlock the car with the button so I don't have to carry the old and new fob. I have not contacted them to see if they would pay for that as well, but with as understanding and appologetic they were and how quickly they resolved it I'm sure they would.

Dominic is great! He made things so simple, I live in Tacoma so I wasn’t able to just come see the car, but Dominic talked with me on the phone many times to make sure the trip I made was worth it, and it was! Thanks again Dominic!
