2020 Buick Encore Preferred AWD

Hank was wonderful. He started the truck as we walked towards it, has remote start on a diesel! Hank was familiar with the vehicle, was not put off by our offer and agreed it was a reasonable offer for the items that needed attention that my wife pointed out. And he stayed after closing to finish the deal and gave is recommendations for better route home and where to grab a bite to eat before the two hour ride home. And after two weeks we are very happy with the truck we bought. They could have thrown in some Dodge swag since we WERE an all Ford family! Thanks Hank!

First time taking any car to Providence. This one, I purchased from them last year and the inspection was due. Called to set that up and had an appointment for 8am the next day. Later, on the next day I received a video of my vehicle on the lift showing me an issue that was found with a clear audible explanation. There were also recommendations of service that you could except or decline along with the cost of each service, so no surprise’s. Dwayne & Providence did me a solid and took care of the issue as I had only put about 3k mi. on since purchasing. I can’t tell you how appreciative I am of that. The impression I was left with is that they take care of their customers. I didn’t think I’d find that going to a Dealership, glad I was wrong. First impressions are important and they knocked it out of the park.
