2019 Buick Encore Preferred AWD

Fred was freaking amazing!! I highly recommend frank leta honda 100% specifically Fred! They took great care of me compared to kevon at frank leta Mitsubishi. That dude was a complete joke! Tried selling me an overpriced car with damage. Fred was able to get me in a way better vehicle at a way better deal. Fred is great and wants to make sure you leave happy!!!! Seriously don't go to frank leta Mitsubishi! Go to Fred at frank leta honda! I also want to note for honesty. The check engine light was not on during my test drive. It was on after they detailed and gassed it up. It has an evap code and Fred WAS NOT PLAYING AROUND! He allowed us to scan the car so we seen it and gave me a "We owe you" ticket to bring it to have them take care of it. I have never felt so taken care of before at a dealership and I'm obsessed with my vehicle. He heard me say I wanted an suv so he made that happen for me. Frank leta Mitsubishi did me dirty and Fred really showed me how it's supposed to be done. LOVE YOU FRED YOUR THE MVP

I have received a great support from Adam. He was really nice and he help us a lot to find the car and explain all the details. The APR that I received is 12.6 %. It’s not the best but I had only 9 months in the country, in fact another dealers rejected me for that reason. They offered a kit protection explaining all the details but I didn’t take it and everything was good, I had my new car same day and the support was really really good. Definitely I would recommend Frank Leta to buy a car.
