I recently purchased a 2014 Range Rover Evoque from Classic Motorcars, and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with their level of support and service. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about their inventory. They took the time to understand my needs and preferences and helped me find the perfect car within my budget. The sales process was smooth and hassle-free, and I never felt pressured to make a purchase. The staff was patient and answered all my questions, providing me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision. They also went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule and made the whole experience a pleasure. The car itself is in excellent condition, and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. It drives like a dream and looks just as good as the day it rolled off the assembly line. I appreciate the care and attention to detail that Classic Motorcars put into preparing the vehicle for sale. Overall, I would highly recommend Classic Motorcars to anyone in the market for a high-quality used car. Their exceptional support and customer service set them apart from other dealerships, and I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again in the future. Update 4/29 - I had an issue with the transmission and Jose accommodated my issue and the classic motorcars team fixed it right away for me. The place has earned my trust and would highly recommend anyone to purchase from here.
Pros: - salesman wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to smooth talk us or do all the usual, frustrating salesman antics - I really appreciate. - we called about a vehicle and they got it from storage so we could check it out. Was very accommodating. - had an issue with the key fob not working and told us where to go to get it fixed and that we could bring him the receipt and he would reimburse us. 15 min, $100 - went and got a CD for us out of our trade in that we had forgotten. Cons: — they should have replaced/fixed the key fob before attempting to sell it, especially since they marketed keyless entry and remote start. Overall it was a good experience and they were very quick to help resolve our issues. We’ve only owned the vehicle for 24 hours, and are satisfied with our purchase.
I’m so glad I came to classic motor cars!!! They helped me find exactly what I was looking for!!! Very understanding and helpful. Thank you so much Billy & Jose! Really appreciate you guys!
