Was a good trading experience with Myrtle Beach Chyrsler Jeep. I had never purchased a vehicle from them but staff was extremely helpful and assisted with all aspects. I would recommend this dealership with anyone looking for a new ride.
400 miles from our home and our 300S begins to over heat. We knew that there was a Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealer off 17 Bypass so made a bee line for it. Pulled into the Service area at 4:00pm as the entire dash went RED... that's never good. Walked in and meet the greatest group of service providers. Our guy was Jarad a 100 ? employee. He listened to my plight as well as our soon to be completed trip to Columbia SC. He said a bay just opened and would get us in right away. Folks, this dealership was super busy as I heard other service managers say it could be a day or so before they could get an appointment. One hour after we arrived Jarad advised us that we needed a water pump plus a system flush quoting us a price and that the car would be ready by 4:00pm the next day. Guess what...it was and they even extended to us the 10% veterans discount. Folks, we could have been stranded but each and everyone went out of there way to make us comfortable and ready to travel by the next day. We travel to SC and Myrtle Beach often and guess who's our SC dealer?? Yup MB Chrysler Jeep Dodge!????
We called for an apt because we couldn’t open our Jeep hood a day prior to a long road trip to NH. They didn’t have any openings but asked us to stop in anyway. The manager immediately looked at it, called out a mechanic who jiggled, inspected, figured out the problem then took it in and fixed it! We were so relieved, AND they wouldn’t charge us! Now that’s a good business etiquette!
