2018 Buick Encore Preferred AWD

This was a great buying experience. The dealership has an incredible selection of vehicles at decent pricing. The salesperson listened to our requirements and found just the right vehicle for us without the normal hassle. Financing was a breeze and the finance manager, Adam, was very knowledgeable to get the best deal. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I called three dealerships. I explained my offer to each one. Two called me back one of them being Kate. The third blew me off. Kate was interested in my offer and worked very hard to make this deal happen. The other dealership just fell off the grid. Kate pursued and was in contact with me several times during the morning. We exchanged pertinent information she called me back and said we can make this deal happen. I immediately drove over an hour to your Fruitland Park dealership and met Kate. I told her I was very particular about the vehicles that I buy and she did another once-over and said that the Jeep gladiator was an excellent shape. She was correct. As soon as I saw it I fell in love with that Jeep gladiator.
