My lease was almost up on my Volvo XC40 and I went into Volvo of Queens to talk about my options. I had the pleasure of working with Adam. He was courteous and genuine. We went over my options and between Adam and his manager Jessica, I feel like I got a great deal. There were no high pressure sales tactics and they both were patient and straightforward. I’d highly recommend going to Volvo of Queens if you’re looking for a great place to buy/ lease a car.
My mom does not buy a car often and our family was a steady customer at another brand until we decided it was time to move on. So, not only was this her first Volvo, this was also the first car she's ever configured and ordered. Peter, Dave, and Jessica were all great to work with at various points during the purchase process and at no point did we feel any pressure. The wait was worth it and she couldn't be happier. When the time comes for me, I wouldn't hesitate to go back.
Our lease was up and we went to Volvo of Queens for a new car. We had an idea of what we wanted so we went in to check out the model that we were interested in. We had the pleasure of working with Peter, our sales rep. He addressed our questions in full and was very helpful and authentic. He introduced us to the sales manager, Jessica, and we found out the dealer is a women-owned business which we are always a fan of. Jessica and Peter worked with us to make sure we got the model and color of the car we wanted at a reasonable price. The whole process was very smooth and efficient which was great. We had a very nice experience working with the team at Volvo of Queens and definitely recommend others to try it as well!
