I dropped my vehicle off a week prior to the scheduled date due to the transmission issues I was having. Staff were very understanding and patient with me, and were able to assist me in a timely manner. A few days later I had a rental vehicle and my vehicle was fixed within 2 days and prior to my original drop off day. I am so grateful!
Ted was great. He went out of his way to locate a new truck for us. We had some specific requirements and the truck he found met almost all of the original criteria. We are very happy with our new truck.
