Paul was such an amazing car salesman! So was Chris the manager as well as another man who showed us all the ins and outs of the car again on the day Paul wasn’t there. Honestly everyone was so helpful. From the second I walked in I was greeted warmly and tended to immediately. My fiance and I were car shopping and had no idea what car to get. We looked at every dealership. Once we hit Toyota , I got brought to the grand Highlander platinum in storm cloud. I knew that was my car; I immediately stopped the hunt to find another car . I love how they are so focused on making you feel like family! This car is a dream and is the first new car I’ve ever owned. We looked Saturday, down payment yesterday and picking the car up today. Paul constantly checked in and made the process so SEAMLESS. He sent me the Toyota app to download from his personal cell and had updated me on every process from registration to insurance , etc . I’m so happy I found my dream car, and working with a dream staff made it THAT much easier! Thank you so much Riverhead Toyota! 10/10 experience all around! Proud to be apart of the Toyota family!

We went to ALL the Toyota dealerships on the Island before finally deciding to buy here. YES, ALL because we were looking for a specific vehicle and trim and they had it. BUT For the record: This a real and honest review because I am really pleased with the good vibes there; so I was compelled to write this to help others. It has been really tough finding a dealer who is NOT just trying to pressure you into something you don't want or some crazy numbers.
