All around incredible experience. I came into the dealership about a month and a half ago and met with Big Lou. He was a pleasure to work with and even though I didn’t buy anything that day, he kept in touch with me until I found exactly what I was looking for and he made the process so simple and straightforward. He made me feel comfortable and explained everything from soup to nuts, being very upfront about everything. I will definitely work with him again. Generation Kia was OUTSTANDING!! The easiest, most hassle-free, low pressure car transaction ever!! Vid was an awesome sales representative. We stopped by the dealership between other appointments just to look at a model, and 20 minutes later had test driven the car we were looking at, learned about the features of the different trim levels, and he was able to locate a model with exactly the features and colors we were interested in. Throughout, we never felt pressured- he was friendly and patient, asked us what was important to us and really listened, not wasting time trying to upsell things we said we didn’t want. We wrapped up the financing with the Steven, who was just as accommodating, attentive, and friendly without being pushy. He really went above and beyond helping me to get the best deal possible. We have been car shopping for nearly 6 months and nearly closed the deal with a few other dealers but walked when they didn’t really listen to what we were looking for and instead tried to sell us on something else or were not transparent about pricing. Here, the price you see on the website matches the price when you go in- as it should be!! I’ve already got a family member who will be heading over to Generation KIA for their next vehicle!

Absolutely loved this dealer! A lot of these other places are sneaky! Phil here was all upfront and was wonderful.. he knew about the cars he was selling which was a huge plus! He got me what I wanted and he got me a wonderful price, I have reccomended a friend here also already as I will keep doing!
