2021 Buick Encore Preferred AWD

Made an appointment last week very easily. Took truck in on 3/18/24 for oil change/tire rotation. Between appointment and getting serviced, brakes started making noise so I asked service guy to have them check it also. Upon arrival truck was taken straight in and once finished JC came to lobby answered all questions and informed me everything I had asked for had been done and truck was ready. Thank You JC & service department for making this visit great.

We were very pleased with Ramey from the very first visit to the dealership.
