2021 Buick Encore Preferred AWD

Man! I can't express enough positive vibes I had from JP and the staff at AutoHouse of Bloomington. I had no issues. My 2018 Ford Fusion Titanium is in mint condition. The staff washed, waxed the outside and completely detailed the inside before I arrived and they were not even sure whether I would purchase the vehicle or not, but that really sold me. Since I used one of our company fleet cars to drive to the dealership, one of the staff members followed me back to the workplace place across town and brung me back to my new Purchased vehicle. My brother bought a 2013 Chevy impala from Jerry depaz. And he was given excellent service. There wasn't issue with the car 2 days after my brother got at home. But Jerry said they take care of their customers and want to make sure their customers are happy with their purchase. So he did make sure that the car did get fixed. And he even gave my brother a loner to drive until it was fixed because it took several weeks to get the parts ordered for it. We were very happy with the customer service that Jerry gave us. I would highly recommend them.

I purchased a 2016 GLK from this dealership and honestly I was blown away at the amazing experience I had. The staff was great through the entire process, very laid back and no pressure environment.
