This is place is hands down, one of the best places I have ever experienced in any industry. The people who work here make you feel extremely valued and important to them. They leave no stone unturned when it came to going the extra 10 miles to make sure that all my needs were met and exceeded. I can’t thank them enough. Josh Cheek is worth his weight in gold. He’s a wonderful guy that is super attentive and on the ball when it comes to taking care of his customers. He even grabbed my dishes and took them back to the cafe when I was done. He’s a humble professional who really listens and works hard to get the best possible results. Preston over in the body shop is another one. He took great care of us. Also I have to mention Jeff in financing. This guy makes you feel like you have known him forever and is excellent in going through all the paperwork thoroughly. Ryan is the chef at the cafe and I couldn’t believe how amazing the food was at a dealership of all places. It was an all around unique and incredible experience working with all these people. Great food, people, customer service, and great atmosphere. I don’t know if gets any better than this place.
I had an appointment and was greeted right away. He said they would get started right away and that I could wait in the waiting area. Instead, I had lunch at the cafe with was delicious. I received a text stating if I had any questions about my service to text back on this number or just call. I thought that was a nice touch. It wasn’t long after and the service tech came and got me. We went over all the services and checks performed. Everyone that I spoke with that day were very nice. Definitely would go back.
Back in June of 2023 I needed to put a battery in my truck nobody in Omaha was able to put it in the same day Greg Young Chevrolet was able to do at the same day and for that reason I will be a loyal customer of theirs they will do all the work on my 2019 Silverado 2500 HD. June 18th 2024 I had my oil changed and tires rotated by them they did an excellent job. Had breakfast while I waited was out within an hour.
