Overall experience: 8/10 I stopped in on a Saturday to see a Buick I found online, which wasn’t a fit for me once I got to sit in the car and get a feel for it. I let the salesman know that I did not at all want a car with a million buttons or features. Immediately, he responded that something had entered the lot that day, a 2021 Chevy Trailblazer. It was perfect for me! I test drove it and knew it was coming home with me. Inspections and detailing had to be done, and it was decided that coming Thursday I could pick it up. Between Saturday and Thursday, I had to remind my salesman to call/email me back a time or two for insurance purposes. Assuming he was busy, I brushed it off. Thursday comes around and I picked up my car. Driving it off the lot was the most amazing feeling. I got home and pulled down the sun guard to check my hair in the mirror, and it was full of dust/ashes from the previous owner. Having four days to detail a car and still not completing the job 100% was disappointing. However, they quickly responded to my email and offered my first oil change for free (along with a loaner car for a two/three day period for another detail, but that was too much for my schedule to go back another two times). Overall, decent experience. I just wish the staff was more attentive during the process.
