TLDR: Damien and Austin are awesome and I would recommend them to anyone searching for a vehicle. We went in looking for an upgraded vehicle for our son. His father worked with Damien to find something in his price range. Unfortunately the one our son had found had sold earlier that day. Damien worked hard to find a suitable alternative. They worked an awesome deal on a 2011 Honda pilot. We took the evening to think about it, came back in the next day and worked with Austin. The transition was seamless, they fixed a small problem with the pilot and gave him a great offer on his older trade in. Overall this was probably the smoothest dealership experience I have had.
My vehicle broke down as we were going through Rapid City. We ended up bringing it to Granite and had to purchase a new vehicle. Oliver Farman helped us out and made the process very easy and smooth even though I wanted to pull my hair out. He made a not so much intense process fun and relaxing. Thank You again Oliver!!
