2018 Buick Encore

My son found this red Jeep Renegade that he wanted for his first car online at Bliss Auto Sales. We took him to look at it thinking it would be the first of many to test drive and consider. The car was very nice and clean for a 2016. It drove well and overall we were very impressed with it and the price. Bilal and Nazeer couldn’t have been nicer and very easy to work with. My son was very happy to have this car and I’m sure it will last him for years to come.

I have purchased many cars in my life, and it wouldn't be a stretch to mention that, typically, dealers are most interested in making a profit from a sale; hence, they treat every selling opportunity as a means to that ultimate end, of course, at the expense of the buyer. I have seen many salesman with a good sales pitch but only one with integrity ans honesty, and that's Bilal from Bliss Auto Sales. Starting from his respectful demeanor in every interaction, clear and honest communitcation in portraying the vehicle as it is without failing to mention the details that others would hide, excellent customer service and proactiveness in doing everything possible to prep the vehicle for sale, and best pricing i have seen while shopping around. I was genuinely blown away; this is not just a great salesman, it's a great guy that one would want in their life as friend. This was by far, my best experience buying a vehicle and you bet that i will be back if i am ever in the market for a car. I Managed to come across a listing of a 2014 Q50 from these guys and the experience I had was possibly the most authentic and genuine group of guys I’ve ever seen from a dealership especially for me as a first-time buyer. No sketchy stuff, no shade, just honesty. They seriously check and make sure these vehicles are good before selling and even if you find something wrong they fix it for free and don't go up in price or anything. Needless to say, I ended up purchasing the Q50 and absolutely loved it the second I got in and drove it home, the car had no issues, no weird sounds, nothing.
