I recently had to send my VW back into the body shop for an issue with a repair they made. It was smooth and they understood the urgency. I also had to get a tire plugged and they took care of that as well. Top notch service.
Chris was efficient, pleasant, patient. We had a lot of waiting as he juggled customers; busy Saturday. The loan approval took a while; he and Jason explained the numbers and the protection plans with great patience and good pacing. The dealership is mellow, with excellent cappucino! A very good experience and a fine car. Appreciate the four new tires! One little thing, two blobs of yellow paint (?) on the front windshield; should I use turpentine to get this off?
