If you're looking for a car, just go here first and call it a day. I had gone to 3 other dealerships before coming here. This one's by far the best. As a first timer with financing a car, they made the process smooth from start to finish. They are very personable. They treat you like a human being, and not just another sale. They answered every question I had, without making me feel like an idiot. They made sure I knew how operate the computer stuff in my car before leaving the lot, because let's face it: when you go from an early 2000s model car to late 2000s model, there are ALOT of changes. So, from the bottom of my heart, a huge thank you to all of the staff that assisted me. You are all truly amazing individuals. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
This is the second vehicle we have purchased here in as many months. Our experiences were very similar and I would, in fact recommend giving this dealership a chance. It was all pretty seamless, and our questions were answered completely. Even the financing was quick and painless. Within two weeks of my daughter's purchase, she had issues with her TPS lights. They were very accommodating, scheduling repairs for when she was home from college and completing them while we waited. On the whole, Deery seems to take care of their customers through the sales process and in their service department. We will definitely check THEIR lot when we are in the market for another vehicle.
