2018 Buick Encore Essence AWD

I highly recommend these guys. I wasn't able to buy from them do to complications, but they are super nice, very friendly and helpful. If I need another vehicle, I am definitely going to them.

Fantastic from day 1! I went there and looked at several vehicles, Beau was super patient each time I asked to look at another truck and took my time with each one. Test drove a couple and found the one we wanted. They had recently acquired the truck it hadn't gone through the inspection yet, while it was out for the inspection/repairs we had great communication and once it came back Bryan went over the paperwork from the shop showing what all they had done. We agreed on a price and that was that. I really liked that there is no pressure from Beau or Bryan and that all their vehicles go through an inspection/repairs before they sell them.

Bo was very, very, thoughtful, and kind.. making the car buying "nightmare" not so bad. He allowed me to take the car to my mechanic, immediately fixed the 1 thing found, Also knew I needed a hitch and immediately ordered one to be put on! Can't really ask for more than that. I am extremely happy with my purchase, ND hope this vehicle will last a long time!!!
