2018 Buick Encore Essence AWD

I have much respect and appreciation for Ultimate Motors in Sacramento, CA. It took some time but I finally decided which car I wanted to buy out of the great choices they had on the lot. I called and was able to put a very reasonable deposit on the car. After what seemed like a really long time I was able to go pick it up. They saved it for me as promised. The car I chose was a 2015 Dodge Challenger SXT Plus. It was good looking in the photos and it was beautiful in person! Wow! I am so happy with it! I am grateful that they saved it for me. I got it for such a great price. Othman and Sam we're both friendly and great to do business with. I recommend buying your next car at Ultimate Motors. I felt very fortunate to have a good experience with Ultimate Motors, when searching for a dependable used car. I had the good fortune of having Othman be my sales person. He was very helpful and although I had to test out several cars to find the one that suited my needs and my finances best, he was so patient, considerate and trustworthy through all of this. He even came down on the price of the car I settled on, as it was $1,000 higher than the other cars I looked at. I would recommend this place and Othman if you are looking for a used car. This past weekend, my husband and I visited to exchange our SUV for a truck! Sam was really kind and helpful to us! Bill finished out the financing for us, was very upfront, and we had no stress during our experience. Everybody there has been really friendly! Sam went far and wide to locate a book I had left in the SUV we traded in, which is the main reason I'm writing this review. That kind of small gesture of compassion truly makes an experience extraordinary! We will return here if we need a new car soon because everyone is very friendly and non-pushy.
