2018 Buick Encore Essence AWD

Auto House went absolutely above and beyond to make sure my boyfriend and I got the car we were wanting. We had gotten the check for the car and were struggling to find someone to take us to get it when they drove an hour to pick us up then take us to the airport where we flew in a little plane with the owner and his friend to Terre Haute! It was an amazingly crazy experience and all the workers were so nice when we got there and got us our car! It was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership

Let's start off with a back story for a minute. My daughter received a website from a friend for Auto House. We were skimming their inventory on vehicles, and luckily, they had a few VW Beetles. Mind you, we live 2 hours away, and it was kind of a spontaneous decision to drive all that way. As soon as we entered the building, we were greeted by a very handsome young gentleman, George. His vibe and personality were swag, lol. Very helpful and informative. We drove 2 beetles and fell in love with one. We were determined to leave the lot in a new-ish vehicle, and we started the paperwork. If you haven't been through the experience of getting a vehicle from a dealer, be prepared to play the waiting game. The atmosphere was ok, it needs more to look at on the walls, comfortable chairs, and awesome background music. Clean bathrooms. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Kole is awesome, too. He's the financial paperwork guy, so also be prepared to perfect or make it worse with your sloppy signature a dozen times, lol. One more shout out to Kaiden, who was not there to experience the fun. However, he was the one talking with my daughter about the Beetle. So, thank you and a huge Thank You to all the staff at Auto House! You've definitely made my daughter a very happy hippie chick with her new Beetle!

They have a wide selection of vehicles at reasonable pricing. They will do what they can to get you into a vehicle. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
