I had been eyeing this Acura for a couple of weeks. After my car got totaled, I needed something new but also wanted a fresh start. I saw a 2023 Acura Integra on their website and decided to stop by on Sunday to see if they still had it. As soon as I got out of my car, I was greeted by Eddie. I told him I came to see the Integra and he told me it was actually across the street at their sister dealership. Without any hesitation he personally went to get it for me! That honestly meant a lot. I know most people don’t love going to dealerships, but Eddie made the whole process super easy and stress free. He was so personable and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I test drove the car and instantly knew it was the one. Even after I bought it, Eddie called to check in and make sure I didn’t have any questions. That showed me he really cared about my experience, not just the sale.
