We just bought our third vehicle from Safford in Winchester. We reached out to them this time after having some issues with another dealer we were working with. We met Derek who was amazing! He was more than willing to assist us, work with us, and make sure we were happy with our purchase. No one was pushy or tried to force us into anything. Everyone was great to work with and talk to and willing to answer any questions we had. It was a very smooth and easy process! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to sell or purchase a vehicle!

Recently bought my used 2012 Mustang GT500 from Safford and couldn't be happier with it. This was my first dealership purchase and they made the whole transaction an easy and smooth experience. The car was exactly as described and they treated me very well. I drove a few hours to see the car and they were more than happy to answer any questions I had and send me pictures of the car before I came to see it. I'd like to thank my salesman Mike Hachez, Will, Rebecca, Lilia and the rest of the staff for their help making this a pleasant experience. Thanks again!

Edit: Review changed to 5 stars based on the response from Safford to my review. A few hours after posting my review, the body shop manager Matt contacted me and took complete ownership of the mistake and offered to make it right. I dropped the truck off and the competely detailed the interior of the truck. It looks like a new truck! Mistakes happen and I am very impressed with their response! I took my truck to Safford for repair of a rear door and truck bed after a deer strike. The areas that were repaired look great! They also took care of deal with my insurance company, which made life a little easier. Unfortunately the rest of my truck (specifically the interior) is in worse shape than when I took it in. No effort was made to protect my truck interior from the dust that is present in a body shop. It does look like a small effort was made to wipe down the dash, parts of the seats and steering wheel but dust is everywhere! The air vents, seams along the dash, seats, floor mats, carpet and doors all have dust on them. The chrome handles on the doors also have an oily film on them. I now need to have my truck interior detailed to return it to the condition it was in prior to the repair.
