We were connected with Autoland through our Credit Union. Jorge Silver was our primary contact during the first two to three days. He was consistently timely, knowledgeable, and positive throughout our communication. We finalized everything by signing the paperwork with Bill at our Credit Union office in Cerritos. I shared with Bill that after over 40 years of buying cars on and off, this was the first time I didn’t feel like I had to be on the defensive—no haggling over prices, no pressure to buy add-ons, and no uncomfortable sales tactics. We had such a positive experience with his service, it was so much better! compared to the experience had previously with another Autoland representative @ the Anaheim Branch on Euclid & Crescent who was very rude & had a negative personality & perspective on my family & I simply because we were first time car buyers who were new to the car finding/buying process and didn’t put any effort into finding us car options.
