2017 Buick Encore Premium AWD

I was very skeptical bringing my car into a dealership for service. My biggest fear was I was going to be charged for services I didn't need. Joshua was great at communicating with me the whole way and provided updates as they came in. He knew the importance of having a safe car for my 16 yr old to drive and that put me at ease that I would be getting a car back that was fixed and safe. I truly appreciate putting my mind at ease and for his professionalism.

This is now my second new car from Berge Volkswagen and my 1st all electric vehicle. As an apartment dweller, I was hesitant at first; but after owning and driving for over a month now, I am extremely satisfied. Nothing compares to the comfort and feel of driving an electric vehicle. Treat yourself and test drive the ID 4 Pro S; switch on the heated seats and turn on the massage setting. Oh my goodness, thank you Volkswagen.

Bel did such great work and went above and beyond to help myself and my daughters car. He called me and updated us through the whole process. He is the best service advisor I have worked with in years. He has a great attitude . John
