He is Patient, listen, and then gives you his advice and options to pick from. Not only is he looking to sell a car, but his most priority is to satisfy the customer knowing what you can afford. I purchased my first car a green 2008 bmw x5 from here. let explain how these guys go above and beyond for you. I was told my deposit was 4k. And to bring it on friday!. (I signed the papers earlier in the week). I was under the impression i pay my deposit and drive my car the same day! it didn't go as planned. after the deposit is payed it takes roughly a week for everything to be finalized! I was not happy about that at all, i came with my fiancé to pick up the car and what not! Eric (The owner) went above and beyond to make sure i had the car the NEXT DAY! Talk about superb customer service. I purchased the car 6/15 its 9/14/15 and the car is running smooth. I stop by from time to time and drop the car off for minor checkups with no hassle. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that doesn't want the bs or the run around! Awesome service that can't be beat!
