No high pressure to buy. They sell what want. The buying process is very easy. They offer extended protection plan, no pressure to buy and the prices are reasonable. When we bought our 24 Tacoma Aaron had it ready to go as well as all paperwork. We agreed on the price in advance. They didn't change anything like other Dealers do. Service is top notch, they only do what you want done, nothing else. The Guys in service arel very nice, they are friendly and professional. The Cashier is always very nice. Everyone knows you by name, unlike Big Dealers you are treated with courtesy. I encourage anyone looking for a new or pre-order vehicle to shop with Phil Wright. You will be glad you did.

Wow! What a great experience. I live out of state and found a Toyota Tacoma at Phil Wright Toyota in Little Rock, Arkansas. I live in Idaho. I decided to go for it and I am so glad I did. My purchase started with Eric the General Manager. He was incredible to work with and from the beginning he made me feel like he was there to make sure the experience and purchase were excellent. While purchasing the truck I worked with Brooklyn. She was always quick to answer my calls and reply to my texts. I arranged to fly in and since I had 30 hours of driving to get home I wanted everything ready. I arrived at the dealership on Saturday morning and my truck was sitting up front ready for me to begin my drive. Yeng greeted me as I arrived with the keys in her hand and asked me if I wanted to take it for a drive. I let her know that I had 30 hours of driving to do so I was ok to skip the test drive. She replied by letting me know that all of my paperwork was ready and that I was next in line to see the finance department. Patrick was my finance manager and he was a pleasure to work with. Overall the experience was incredible. I would highly recommend this dealer. Everyone I dealt with was warm, friendly and very service oriented. After I arrived home, I got a text from Eric asking me how my journey went. Great customer service is not a thing of the past with this dealer. Awesome experience!
