I got my 1st truck from Blake S. He’s awesome, made sure I left with everything I needed including warranty and GAP insurance. He will do his best to make sure you LOVE your purchase rather than just rushing you into a purchase you may regret later on. I highly recommend him!

EDIT*** Although the situation still happened, Tyler from the management team contacted me today with a very sincere apology and promise to correct this occurrence with the best of his abilities. I understand things happen and appreciate his initiative to gain my trust back in the services they provide. Being nice and leaving 3 stars because it was not necessarily my service helpers fault for this review. I left my Bronco here Friday to have one of my rear windows fixed along with some interior plastics, and routine services. Long story short, the plastics have to be ordered and will take a couple of weeks to arrive. So I returned my rental to them today to pick up my Bronco until the parts come in. 15 minutes after leaving and on the highway going 75 + mph, I notice it is riding with louder road noise than usual. I start looking around to find that 3 (pretty much 4 if you count the one partially done) of my roof latches are NOT LATCHED. Along with that, I later got home to see that several screws/bolts to my plastics are halfway out, the driver side rear door frame rubber/plastics are barely hanging on, and the roof pieces were not even aligned correctly when placed back on. THIS COULD HAVE TURNED INTO A HUGE ACCIDENT. Not only could I have been injured on the highway due to pure negligence, I could have hurt someone else who was driving behind me.
