At some point, I was missing some documentation that I needed and he was kind enough to help me find it on my car insurance portal. I was in and out of the dealership in a much quicker time than I expected, and left feeling satisfied that I got the best deal that I could on my new lease. He was also very responsive when I had to make a few follow up calls afterwards with questions regarding my car's navigation system. A real honest and pleasant guy to work with. I don't think there's anything else I could have asked for of this particular car leasing experience.
