Brian Hmadeh was awesome to work with! We decided to trade in our lease a little early, it was freezing cold outside and Brian was running around in the snow and freezing temps trying to find us exactly what we wanted. It wasn’t the best day to be car shopping but Brian remained helpful, positive and even brought my daughter some pizza while she patiently waited. I went to this location to check out a 2500 hd At4. After looking at the trucks I entered the showroom which was very busy , I was immediately greeted by Brian who I could tell was also very busy. He took a few minutes to find what I was interested in and quickly had me out on a test drive well he handled some other customers that were there before me. The truck just so happened to be exactly what I was looking for and when I returned me and Brian worked out a deal with no pressure attached. I do not deal with pressure sales. I would, and have walked out of many dealers even if they had what I wanted when they start the pressure tactics. I did ultimately buy this vehicle and working with Brian made it very easy. I can also say the same about his colleagues who did not try to upsell me anything or sneak anything into the paperwork like I've experienced at other dealerships in the past. This truly was a good experience. A week later when I picked up my vehicle the weather was terrible and again I was very pleased with Brian who had my new truck in the showroom clean and shiny when I picked it up.
