2021 Buick Encore GX Preferred

This will be the 8th vehicle that I’ve owned in my life and my first Hyundai. In the past, I was partial to owning and driving Mazdas. I usually dreaded having to purchase a new or used vehicle because the experience was oftentimes very stressful. However, the purchase of my new 2024 Hyundai Tucson Limited at Preston Hyundai in Boardman, Ohio was the most smooth, pleasant car buying experience in my entire life! After my previous Mercedes was involved in a freakish accident, I found myself unexpectedly having to shop for another vehicle impromptu between the Christmas and New Year’s holidays in 2023. After 5 days of research online, I had narrowed my search to a few potential vehicles and trim options prior to my arrival at Preston Hyundai… so I was well prepared to ask my outstanding questions and ready to test drive my preferred vehicle. By so doing, the whole process from test driving the vehicle, reviewing options on the SUV with the Sales Consultant, to signing the final paperwork to purchase it with the Finance Manager, took less than 4 hours!! ???? ALL the folks at Preston Hyundai involved in my purchase of this vehicle including the General Manager, Brad Cain, the Sales Consultant, Daniel Davis, and the Finance Manager, Jonathan Zyznar, were very cordial, courteous, and helpful! I would definitely recommend working with them and would enjoy purchasing any future Hyundai vehicles from them. They certainly know the meaning of providing “GREAT Customer Service!”

Lease was nearly up on our '21 Hyundai Venue, and we were over the miles by a few thousand. Due to some financial woes, my credit is currently challenging. We definitely didn't want to get trapped in a high payment on an old out of warranty car at a buy here pay here place. Our awesome salesperson Lilly and sales manager Mike Rubin got us into a beautiful brand new '24 Elantra SEL for less than on old heap would have been at a BHPH place. With lease pull ahead, the miles and last few payments were taken care of for us. Whether you have credit challenges or not, I recommend seeing Lilly at Preston Hyundai. Finance Manager Ashley was great too. Also I noticed they have a nice selection of used vehicles (and CPO vehicles with 10 year/100,000 mile warranty) in a wide range of prices which would've been my second choice if I didn't get approved for a new Elantra which we are loving.
