2023 Buick Encore GX Preferred

DJ was the salesman that helped me out and I can’t speak highly enough of him. This was my first time buying a new car so I was a little nervous going into the whole thing. But he was incredibly helpful and wasn’t pushy; nor did he fit the stereotypical car salesman persona. A very professional, knowledgeable, and relatable person. He went above and beyond to get me the vehicle I was looking for the NEXT DAY after I had stopped in, and put in work to get me the best deal possible. I honestly couldn’t have had a better experience. For the life of me I can’t remember the gentleman in the finance department who helped me, but he was phenomenal as well. All in all this was an incredible experience and I couldn’t be happier with how things turned out. Honda of Superstition should be thrilled they’ve got these great employees on their staff. If you want a relaxed, but focused and informative buying experience, ask for DJ!

Came here on a whim on a rainy day as Toyota dealers kept giving us add ons with their price, not to mention their attitude was very condescending toward Asian customers and that we were also a long term Toyota customer. As we barely stepped in, Vernon already greeted you with a smile and a ready attitude to help his customer. We spent time looking at different options for cars and filtered out what we needed. Vernon then sat down with us and worked out the deal for us to fit with our budget. We decided with Honda CR-V. We were able to complete the deal within our budget and fitted what we were looking for. The final process was quick and efficient as everyone helped to make the process easy. Even the finance manager was helpful and explain everything we needed to know about warranty. We left as happy customer. I now no longer recommend people to Toyota, but instead will refer people to this Honda instead in the future as they would work with you to give you the best deal possible.

Wandered in looking for a second car. John Sims greeted us and was very pleasant to work with. Finance was able to get us to a price we wanted with an extended warranty (thank you John and Michael in Finance). Nice clean cars and presentable dealership
