Cody was courteous, friendly and knowledgable. He kept me informed and gave me helpful explanations and information regarding my car and reminders of options and additional services available for my car in the future. While I waited in the lovely customer waiting area, sipping coffee, he returned from the service area 3 times to report on the status of their work and what the timing would be for completion. When the car service was completed, Cody reviewed the report with me, explained it and answered my questions. Then he graciously walked me to my car, as I didn't know then where it was parked. He was a stellar example of someone who understands the value of quality customer service and who cares. The entire experience was pleasant, informative and relaxing, rather than stressful. I left thinking that Tom Wood Lexus service is the way all companies should be. But, it's rare to find that level of quality these days.
Shanan, my service advisor was great every step of the way, from scheduling to confirming the appointment to reminding me of the upcoming appointment to notifying me when the service was complete to making sure I received all applicable discounts. Very happy with Shanan! Also need to give a shout out to Ron, my service technician for many years. He is the very best and one of the main reasons I keep my Lexus! Ron always goes the extra mile to keep my car in top condition. Lexus is fortunate to have both Shanan and Ron. Highly recommend both of them.????
Had my 2015 in for routine service. Oil change, brake flush, and they explained / cleared a computer code for me. They were efficient, and I felt it was a good use of my time. Loaner vehicles are typically available, but this time I stayed at the dealership because it was only 2 hours. My advisor had good communication throughout my stay and there were no surprises, as can sometimes happen at other car dealers. I have always had a good experience at Tom Wood Lexus. For me, it's all about time vs. money. So if I don't have the time or expertise for a particular repair, or I would prefer not to crawl under my car for safety reasons, I trust this dealer to get the job done for me.
