2021 Buick Encore GX Preferred

I give Troy Honda's parts/service department 4 stars. The waiting area is clean, spacious, and they even offer free coffee, which is a nice touch. However, there are a couple of areas for improvement. First, it would be helpful if someone was readily available at the service window instead of needing to ring a buzzer. Second, while the staff were friendly when I interacted with them, the wait times seemed a bit long. For example, when I bought some transmission fluid, I decided to remove some washers from my purchase because the price seemed high. There was a slight delay in removing them from the bill, but the staff member was ultimately friendly about it. Overall, it was a positive experience, but a little more streamlined service at the window would be appreciated.

Dropped my vehicle off on Sunday. Team called me on Monday and had the work done by Monday evening. Great communication, solid work and quick turn around. Highly recommend.
