The day I went they were pretty short staffed, but they still got me in and out without a bad wait. I appreciate the lady who checked me in (I wish I remembered her name). My tire had a nail, and I got a message my front 2 tires are in the yellow for replacement. However, instead of convincing me to get new ones, she was transparent and reassured me I could wait and save that money until next time. As a female, I appreciate this.
