A couple of weeks ago, on Friday afternoon, I was having an issue with my 2024 Genesis GV-80 while traveling from Florida to Memphis. Genesis contacted me while driving and offered whatever help I needed. They contacted the dealership in Olive Branch, Mississippi, who called me about the problems I was experiencing. The service manager was Chelsea, and she assured me that they would have a service tech waiting for my arrival at the dealership. I arrived around 3 and was on my way in less than 20 minutes. I still can't believe the care and partnership I felt with Genesis and the dealership in Olive Branch. Chelsea made me comfortable from the beginning, and I feel I have new friends in Olive Branch, Mississippi. My wife has a 2023 GV-70, and we are incredibly happy with Genesis.
