So, I recently went to Loyalty Nissan with my mom to buy my first car, and I was pretty nervous about it. But then we met Carlos Martinez, a new Sales Consultant, and he was super chill and laid back—definitely around my age. Right off the bat, Carlos and I clicked. While we were waiting, we had a blast chatting about stuff we both liked and finding common ground. It felt great to have someone who got what I was looking for in my first car.
